This instrument is used for detrucation in situations where it is absolutely necessary to recover samples directly and without chemical interferences due to the use of halogen components or thought ip injections

The blades are hand-honed stainless steel and form an opening 1.75" along each side. All surfaces are accessible to allow washing without disassembly.
The sharpening will be done by a professional cutler
The base can be mounted to a bench or board, and the handle can be easily reversed for operation with either hand.
