We create new efficient measurement devices suiting advanced research protocols, especially involving rodents, as well as solutions based on detailled ' feedback during visits in labs, or neuroscience, pain and in-vivo experimentation congresses meetings. Bioseb provides products and support services to customers in 50 countries.

Bioseb over the years

2024 Our company is the world leader in preclinical in vivo pain research instruments. We are ranked number 1 for in vivo equipment in the USA, as reflected by our presence in over 1.000 US laboratories.
2020 Over 1,000 scientific publications are referenced and available on the new Bioseb website.
2017 Expansion of Bioseb headquarters in Vitrolles (France): development of engineering and production laboratories, quality control department, offices, warehouses and entire supply chain.
2014 International expansion with the establishment of distributors in China, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
2011 The Bioseb team was renewed after the death of Jacques Desevré, but the spirit of curiosity, innovation and close collaboration with researchers remained.
2010 Collaboration with Sherbrooke University in Canada to develop the first Dynamic Weight Distribution (DWB) test for studying inflammatory pain in rodents.
2008 Opening of our US branch in Pinellas Park, Florida.
2001 Launch in the field of pain research, at the request of scientists. In just a few years, Bioseb became a major player, and then world leader.
2000 Innovation for automation begins. Today, Bioseb offers a wide range of stand-alone, operator-independent devices.
1998 Entry into the field of Neuroscience and launch of the first Aggregation Test.
1996 Jacques Desevré, a mechanical engineer and MBA graduate, acquires Bioseb to develop innovative instruments for in vivo preclinical research.
